1. Master Fee List
Har rider ka naam, mobile number aur per DEL rate cloud database mein save hoga. Admin login required; CSV backup bhi download kar sakte ho.
Login karke shared rider master load karein.

Important: Master list matching daily report rider names. If a rider is not in the master list, their rate will show as missing and settlement will be blocked until you add that rider.
2. Upload daily portal report
First add riders and their rates in the Master Fee List.
Rules: Every row with Status = DEL counts as delivered. COD collected = Amount payable only where Status = DEL and Delivery Payment type = CASH. Delivery charge = DEL count × that rider's master rate. Net settlement = COD collected − delivery charge.
